Dog and Cat Grooming Includes:

Warm and soothing hydro massage bath with Bio-Groom Shampoo and conditioner, exfoliating and cleansing facial wash, soothing blow dry, ears cleaned, nails clipped, haircut and choice of bandana or bows!

Each pet also receives a spritz of aromatherapy spray, with a pleasant white tea and vanilla fragrance, or ginger root and grapefruit, or lavender and oatmeal calm. Each fragrance also contains a UV protector and helps revitalize the coats brilliance.

Bathing Only Includes:

Everything included in Grooming, excluding the haircut.

Grooming and Bathing prices are quoted based on the breed, size, condition and demeanor of the pet. Please call for an estimate and understand that until we see your pet we can ONLY give an estimate. Small to medium size breeds are done in 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Larger breeds and families dropping off multiple pets will stay longer. Cats are usually completed in 4 to 5 hours.  Please understand that we do our best to stay as close to these times as possible, but we hope you can understand that we are working on live and very unpredictable creatures and situations may arrise that can cause delays.

Shampoo:
Every dog gets our all natural, tearless shampoo, however, we also offer:

1. So Gentle: hypo-allergenic, soap, dye, & perfume free $6.00 – $10
2. Natural Oatmeal: Anti-Itch, soap free, soothing $6.00 – $10
3. SPA Shampoo: Aromatherapy, long lasting ginger root and pink grapefruit fragrance $6.00 – $10
4. Color Enhancing Shampoos Super White, Bronze Lustre or Ultra Black $6.00 – $10

Conditioners:
Every pet gets ‘Silk’ conditioner, chamomile enriched, however, we also offer:

1. Natural Oatmeal Creme Rinse: Anti-Itch Conditioner  $6.00 – $15
   (Save $2.00 when adding both Oatmeal Shampoo & Conditioner)
2. Best Shot : For heavily matted dogs needing brushed out
   (price is included with the matt fee, quoted by groomer)
3. Super Creme Hot Oil Treatment: Deep conditioning treatment for dry, flakey, itchy skin and coat. A must for dogs in this very dry climate! $20 – $40

De-Shedding:
FUR-MINATOR : This process removes up to 60% of the shedding the first time, and up to 80% on a monthly schedule! Ask about details. $15.00 – $25

Teeth Brushing:
Brushing with our Oxyfresh Dental gel  $6.00

Nail Grinding:
Electric Nail Grinding (Nail Clipping is included with every groom)  $15.00 – $25

Anal Gland Expression:
Is your dog scooting? He may need his glands externally excreted. $15.00

Bio-Groom Super Creme Hot Oil Treatment:
Recommended for DRY, ITCHY, and Flaky SKIN problems. We live in a very dry climate. As humans, we know when our skin is becoming dry, flaky or itchy, and that we need to moisturize. Our pets do not have the luxury of being able to moisturize on their own, nor can they tell us when they are feeling itchy. It is our responsibility as pet owners to pay attention to the behaviors of our pets to help us determine their needs. Not every pet with these symptoms can be cured by a hot oil treatment, but many can. Many of our existing clients have their pets treated with our ultra deep skin and coat conditioning hot oil treatment each and every visit, and they swear by it. In addition to relieving the itchiness and the flaky skin, it also gives a wonderful shine and ultra softness to the coat.

Animal Communicator “A Voice for Your Pet”

We all wish… that we could hear, understand and converse with our animal companions. In many ways we really do, as we all make comments such as I had a feeling, or I had a dream/vision and it happened, or I knew my pet was trying to tell me something. Assisting animals communicate with their people is natural for Lisa. She has helped many people over the years to discover more about their pet’s thoughts, feelings, physical needs, pain issues and about crossing over the Rainbow Bridge.

Lisa has even helped with Rina’s dogs! First with a show dog with anxieties and her next weekend at the shows after having a conversation with Lisa, she won BOTh days! Then Rina had 3 of her house pets possibly have access to mouse poison. Rina called Lisa and she was able to let her know that 2 of the 3 pets did in fact consume the poison. Those 2 pets were rushed to the ER and the vet confirmed what Lisa had already told Rina, that the baby had consumed a small amount and the older male had consumed the bulk of the poison! What a gift she possesses and that she shares it with us!
